Oh great ancient ones, great ancestors, we call to you. May you hear the voices of your descendants traversing through time and space. We humbly ask for your support, your wise medicine ways and your genius solutions in these times. Dear ancestors, we wish to partner with you for we know we cannot do this alone. As we traverse the mystery we ask that you, our starry ancestors are with us each breath of the way. May we have clarity of mind and Crystaline vision to see through the dark. May we walk our paths of high holy truth as that is what is needed now more than ever. And so it is.

The descent of Venus within the heart of the lion. This is the moment we are living within here. And now amidst this current astrology. Our week has been full as on Monday, the 17th of July the new moon in cancer held her arms around us with new possibilities, seeds were planted as the Sun and Moon met up at 24 degrees 56 arc minutes cancer. A moon in its rulership, surrounding home and family, aspiring you to really sink into your roots and your foundation. Cancer, this zodiacal sign represents your physical home as well as your mother's womb, body as home for spirit and our entire planet. With this lunation there is an invitation to nurture and care for yourself in ways that increase your sense of security and safety here on earth within your life. And just a couple of hours after the new moon, the nodes of fate shifted from the North Node being in Taurus to Aries and the south node from being into Scorpio into Libra and this is a massive shift for all of us personally and collectively.

The eclipses that we will meet this fall will activate the cardinal parts of our chart in such a powerful way. And yet for now, we are asked to go deep within this nodal shift over the course of the next 18 months is asking you to know thyself to say "Who am I? What is my identity? What is my purpose? Why am I Here on Earth? And as I come to meet you, who are we, in our relations? How do we connect? And how do we merge? And how do we weave with one another in a way where we can really elevate and lift one another up, as we see each other, and our truths and our identities?"

This is a powerful moment in our astrology. And for me, on a personal level here, transmitting this wisdom for you in the best way possible. I have found myself so quiet and so still, and these weekly podcast of stars, stones and stories have been very much on pause in the month of June and I am listening with my deep inner ear, listening to that which wishes to come forth for you all and really hearing that for the summer I too, must rest. I too, must pause. I too, must reflect. And so I will continue to deliver these podcasts and my Venusian Love Notes. However, they will be coming out every other Friday for the duration of July and August as we get into that turning point when Venus goes direct in early September. And so this moment of Venus stationing retrograde is an important moment, a significant moment that happens on Saturday, the 22nd of July, the feast day of Mary Magdalene at 9:33pm, Eastern Daylight Time.

Venus, Goddess, goddess of beauty and art and culture. She who connects you with the great feminine and all the ways you may co create in this beauty way, this beauty walk here on Earth in these times. Venus ultimately asks, "What is your nature? How do you nurture nature? How do you cultivate culture here on Earth? How do you take time to pause and connect with the true reality? This beautiful world, this abundant world that surrounds you and feeds you, what is your value system? And how do you live it? How do you live it through your sacred time and attention and how you give and receive energy here on earth in the form of relations and currency and all of the exchanges we make with one another here on Earth?".

This Venus retrograde is so potent. Venus, she retrogrades roughly every 18 months. Her dance is so sacred as we can see, through her geometry, her patterns, her weaving,... Venus she has so much to distill to each one of us and here at this precipice at 28 degrees 36 arc minutes she is within the heart of the Lion. She's conjunct the fixed star Regulus a very significant point. Regulus, a triple star flushed white with Ultra Marine the body of the Lion, in India it is called Maha. The Mighty and Persia Mian the center. Regulus one of the four royal stars of the Persians from 3000 BCE. At this time in Persia, Regulus was upheld so deeply a star of the four guardians of heaven, the four cardinal directions, the watcher of the North, marking summer solstice, the stars associated with the glory, great honor wealth, good fortune and power. This is the lion's heart. El-Kabb, Al Asad, Heart of the Royal lion.

And as Venus stations Retrograde she is married and merged to Black Moon Lilith, the dark goddess herself and mercury, meaning Venus has much to share and to say and to distill to each one of us in our lives. Ultimately this is a deep dance with the feminine. It is by no mistake that this retrograde occurs in the heart of the lion on Mary Magdalene feast day, an archetypal force that is deeply misunderstood and many myths, and many stories exists of the Magdalene and this frequency, so connected with Yeshua and the Christ consciousness and something that has been distorted through time and space yet continues to exist, to awaken within you the very consciousness that you have come here to offer to the earth in this time, each one of us having our own unique Sacred Path, that is the path we are meant to follow, to be in our sovereignty and our freedom and to be connected, to be conscious of the Divine Will of source at all times. And here on Earth in 2023, we are facing many various distortion frequencies. We have heard so much through our various forms of media, we are constantly consuming so much in every given second and what Venus is asking of you now more than ever, is to find that stillness within yourself to be like the Hanged Man in the tarot, to allow yourself to fall three, to cocoon, to prepare yourself consciously for this great metamorphosis. To let go of the need to push forward and to pause, to stop consuming so much and every millisecond and to take some time to rest and to integrate and to reflect and restore and renew and review. This is a time this is a time of alchemy. This is a time of magic.

As Venus at the late degrees of Leo opposes Saturn retrograde, the great teacher, the Lord of Karma, time and space in Pisces. Venus is also training the North Node, our collective Dharma and destiny, to knowing thyself, there are many teachings available here for you in this moment of astrology if you're willing to really open your inner ear, to slow your pace down, to listen, to see, to feel, to trust, to intuit, to awaken the senses through your own sensuality, your own nature, your humanity. On this day, the sun also shifts into Leo. Leo, the archetypal force of the King, the Queen, the radiant one, the shining one, the majestic one, one in noble spirit. And so Venus is asking you "where is your nobility, how are you bringing forth your divine service here on Earth in these times?" Now is the time that you are called to be present to be awakened. And so will you pause "Will you surrender? will you receive this great medicine through this powerful and potent Venus retrograde? She retrogrades until the third of September and yet does not fully clear the shadow until later on in the month of September and we've really been in this front end of the shadow since the 19th of June. This is a powerful time here on earth. It is a beautiful time and the ultimate medicine of this moment is to receive and to be and to allow and to really open up your sensuality with Venus.

Also this weekend on Sunday the 23rd of July Chiron Retrogrades at 19 degrees 58 arc minutes Aries. Tuesday the 25th of July we come to the first quarter moon, and early degrees of Scorpio two degrees 43 arc minutes. So between now and Tuesday, if you have yet to write down to ascribe your new moon intentions, there is a beautiful window still available for you. However, that being said, when I feel here and now as someone who really charts these story maps is that as much as we're wanting to generate, and vision and seed, this particular lunar cycle is one that is really inviting you to allow yourself to digest your life, allow yourself to integrate each one of us, we've been through so much transformation, particularly since the end of 2019. And I don't know about you, I can only truly speak for myself. But wow, so many massive shifts have occurred in my life since then. And there have been some major moments that I haven't been able to fully integrate. And so for me, I'm really pausing. We're in this time of summer, we're coming to Lammas, to this beautiful pilgrimage time. And now you're being asked to pilgrim deep within your heart, deep within your soul, and to realign yourself. Each one of us right now, we're at some sort of crossroads, one could say that there's a faded moment of time that will be a specific point that you will look back upon. You are sensing great pressure within the cauldron of transformation. And most likely, you're questioning "what are the repercussions? What will the consequences be?" We don't fully know. However, I guarantee you, I know this, the multiverse is speaking to you and through you, asking you to dive deep into your own unique lion hearted nature. "What are your true desires? How have your values shifted within the past few years? Where are your priorities currently? Perhaps you have swayed off center and now it is time to realign. You must ask yourself what is being called in this Now moment? Where are you being guided to? How may you fall even deeper in love with yourself? How may you dive in to the center of your being, your heart the sacred chambers deep within your time travel device, the most important and sacred organ of the comedic cosmology of Egypt, this Venus retrograde and this specific astrology is offering you an opportunity to transform and to culminate a new layer of self healing. As you ground your physical temple, your body to Earth, heal your shadowed parts of self and open to the fullness of your true nature.

This is about number one clearing old programs of negativity and perceived isolation and separation, essentially healing childhood traumas and dramas. Number two, applying new ways of thinking, believing and perceiving reality and then aligning your life to match these frequencies. Number three, continuing to cycle through number one and number two again and again and again. And again. As this eventually creates new paradigms of knowingness within yourself and as a hologram amidst the entire collective reality. My call to you on the precipice of this Venus retrograde I call to you to step into the heart of the lion to come and sit upon your regal throne, to feel the path blessed through the medicine of the rose and Mary Magdalene herself, High Priestess of goddess Isis, Auset, the great winged one who came to Earth in service of all of humanity, weaver, Goddess of 10,000 names.

May you be blessed on this journey through Venus, and her retrograde dance. May you open your heart and your mind. You may look deep into your chart from 12 to 29 degrees of Leo. That is the key that you may insert into the lock and turn three times to the left, counterclockwise and open, open to the mysteries. May you open your heart like the beautiful rose within this time. May you allow the nectar of the great goddess and all of creation, the unification of the god and the goddess to merge within you, to open you to the higher realities that wish to come down through your crown. Move down through your spine and anchor deep into the heart of Mother Earth in these times. May this healing be for blessing for all of your ancestors, for all of our ancestors. May this healing before blessing for all of your descendants and for all of our descendants. And so it is, so it is and so it is.
